Orbis is a proud coalition member of the Veteran Jobs Mission. The mission is to hire 1,000,000 veterans by the year 2020. Veteran Jobs Mission began in 2011.

Orbis is also a member of Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition); which is an initiative started by Northrop Grumman that provides career transition support to military service members who have been severely injured in the global war on terror.
